  1. stage fright is we feel nervous when we want to present something in front of the audience. i agree with the tips that shown on the blog. one important things to educe nervous is find the calm places. it can make our heart become calm. then take a deep breath. in fact this activity can make our body become healthy and can reduce nervous and can make presenter more confidence

  2. hello sir...Performance anxiety occurs when a person is afraid of public failure in a psychical activity..it makes the person become nervous..the first things how to reduce the nervous is make a preparation to make sure the presentation become clear.then,drink water because can give an oxigen yo us..don't eat food becaue you will get a stomach ache.try to relax before give presentation..we also can use a short note to help you.

  3. In my opinion, stage fright is a phenomenon that we must learn to control. Actually, stage fright is term for the nervousness that occurs when a speaking engagement.This blog teach me more about self-confidence and how to face audience when doing a speech and pesent my presentations effectively without having a perfomance axiety symptons.The tips and strategies given inside this blog give me more knowledge and how to improve myself when doing presentation or give a speech.

    For a lot of people, speaking or performing in front of an audience can be very uncomfortable and frightening..
    Well,there're several ways to overcome presentation anxieties..Firstly is to control your emotion,then give focus and relate to the audience,remember to breath and be natural,be yourself,be passionate about the topic and be clear that the talk matters to you.
    Handle the fear and nervousness wisely as well as possible.
    At the bottom of the matter is to be prepare.. If you feel prepared and know your facts, then you will not be as nervous..
    Practice..For any situation where the weight of public scrutiny is on you, spend as much time as possible practicing your delivery in a comfortable setting..
    Take it slow. Remember that people naturally talk faster when they are nervous. Slow it down a notch and you will feel, and look, calm and in control..

After I read up all the infomation in the web"http://stagefrighthelp.com/labels/stage%20fright.html",what I know is the important of self-cofident during presentation!We need to overcome the presentation anxities and what we need to do is think positive! Stay positive and avoid being pessimistic. Do not dwell on negative thoughts. We need overcome that stage fright during auditions.

  6. For me, performance anxiety occur when a person afraid and nervous to present or talk infront of peoples.Ways that would be helpful to overcome presentation anxieties are self confidence. Although you are not entirely self confidence but just pretend that you are really confident then you will exude the confidence level that you need.Besides,preparation, a safety net, and positive attitude toward the audience also one of the ways that can overcome anxieties.You should know the topic that you will present. Researching some articles regarding the subject will be beneficial. If you get there interest they might ask you some questions so you must be ready to answer them. Then, just keep on practicing until you feel that you have almost perfected it. Another, let your close group, family members or friends, listen to it first as you would on the actual presentation. Lastly,remember that there is really nothing to fear.

In my point of view,the most important thing that we should avoid when do a presentation is stage fright.We have to be well prepared before do our presentation.We have to be confident with ourself,then we wont be nervous when talk on the stage.Besides that,we have to gradually expose ourself to this situation so that we can have a chance to get use to those sensation of anxiety.Then we will learn how to manage them.All the given tips very useful for me to improved my presentation skills.

  8. asalkum sir.. performance anxiety is one of the feeling that occurs when someone have to present something in front of the public..this is very common among student.. anxiety or nervous will spoil our presentation if we do not know how to overcome it,so the first thing that every person should do including me is be calm and don't be panic.most important thing is make sure that we have done all the preparation before the presentation day.Focus to the audience and be passionate about the topic.We as the presenter, should build our self confidence because stage frigt or anxiety only occurs when the presenter has low self confidence.Be positive and trust on our own strenght that we able to do it.

    I found that self-confidence is the most vital thing during presentation. However, this is the thing that I lack of it.
    Among the choices from the text, I think that having a deep breath and taking a drink are better ways for me to overcome the anxieties.

    However, I personal think that more practices is the best choice to overcome presentation anxieties.

  11. First of all, I think that taking a deep breath would be most helpful for me to overcome presentation anxieties. A deep breath could help me to concentrate and relax mind. Next, I think that imagine the audience as one person would be another useful ways. I will be more confident and relax when speak with someone that are close to me. Then, take a drink would be a good idea too. It can make me feel more relax.

  13. hello . in my opinion , stage fright or presentation anxieties is a common 'disease' to everybody when doing presentation in front of crowd . therefore , for me , one of the way to overcome this problem is be prepared . when one is well prepared , almost everything will be smooth during the presentation . secondly , control your emotions . don't quickly get panic or nervous when see the crowd because this will make one goes speechless . so , whatever it is , be positive and trust yourself . this will help you gain self-confidence during presentation .

Salam.Hello Sir,in my opinion,in our presentation,we should should avoid performance anxiety because it can give effect to our mind and thought processes like the following ways like make us confused,give us memory lapses,make us easily distracted and also give us a lack of concentration.This is because performance anxiety is a stage of an intense anxiety that happens prior and or during performance.Instead,emotionally,performance anxiety make us feel fearful,vulnerable,inadequate and helpless.So,to overcome this problem,first,you have to know your audience.Then,you should know the topic that you will present.Next,keep on practising until you feel that you have almost perfected to it.Lastly,you ought to remember that there is really nothing to fear.That's all,thak you.

  15. Hi sir, in my opinion,everyone will face performance anxiety when doing a presentation of performance in front of audiences including myself. So, I feel that taking a deep breath and relaxing our mind is the best way to reduce this symptoms. This is because whenever I'm having a presentation I'll feel stressful and fearful to facing a lot of people. As the result, I need to control my emotional first before having my presentation which is relax our mind first.

In my opinion,stage fright means someone who feel nervous when speaking in the public.I think everyone will feel nervous when speaking in the public,just how the person how to face the problem.For me,everytime when i stand in front the classmates to present,i will feel nervous and don't know what i have to present.After attend the class,i realise that what is my problems and i will try my best to solve my problem.

    For me, stagefright or presenataion anxieties could be overcome by 2 ways. First, we have to reduce significance of other person. We have to increase the sense of one's own power, to perceive the vulnerability of others and to accept oneself. Then, we have to eliminate the imagination of negative possibilities.This can be done by monitoring our own performance.

  18. dear sir..for the stagefright reseach that i've done, i found that the anxieties can be solved by our own's power. so by my undestanding, it shows how we control our mind setting actually. important to us to be always positive. but keep in mind that one cannot control other's reactions or judgments but only one's own performance. so everything is just depends from ourselves..so i end this comment with apologizes the morning incident..sorry sir..n thank you :) (NUR ALIAA MOHD EZANEE)

  19. How to overcome presentation anxieties? Well, in my opinion, the fear of speaking in public is the number 1 fear of all fears. To overcome it, we should learn how to relax. Ease tension by doing excercises. Breathe in slowly for 5 seconds, then slowly exhale. Knowing the room, audience and material are important for a presenter. Concentrate on your message and visualize yourself speaking. Try to imagine yourself walking confidently to the stage as the audience applauds. Last is turn your nervousness into positive energy.TQ

  20. From what i read and understand, in order to overcome the anxiety during presentation, the best method is to have self confidence. When that happen, a person will present his/her presentation without any doubtful or worst, mumbling. As we speak, audience will pay their full attention at us. Hence, they frequently will understand what we were saying. The lack of confidence is something that a presenter shouldn't do.

Based on the articles what i already read just know,there are many ways to overcome presentation anxieties..i know many people espeacially students have this kind of situation when they feel very nervous when they talk in front of an audience.For me,it is normal but we can overcome it by develop our self-confidence and think positively..or you 'Just Do It'~

In my opinion,the way would be helpful for me to overcome the presentation anxieties is being well-prepared.How to you consider as well-prepared?Well-prepared means your presentation must not lack of point and do few times of practice or rehearsal before your presentation.You can build up your confident by practicing.After we get the confident,then we can handle the nerves.So, i think being well-prepared is the most important thing before you go for a presentation.Tan Chau Chien.

    in my opinion,performance anxiety happen when a person not make a preparation in their presentation..i thing this is a first factor,why it happen..beside that,low selfconfident, shy, fear,and many more also can give efect.
    so, the best way to overcome performance anxiety is with acknowledge that this fear is perfectly normal and we are not alone. to reduce fear we need to make sure properly and thoroughly prepare ourself before we speak...
    for me, the first and most important of all is preparation.

Being a extrovert person, he or she must figure out a a solution to overcome stage fright he or she experiencing.Well,based on my personal opinion preparation would be the best remedy for this very crisis.Stage fright generally occur due lack of adequate preparation and personal understanding regarding the subject matter.Hence,preparation and a deep understanding regarding the subject and its related issues would be vital to overcome stage fright which in hand would be helpful to overcome presentation anxiety.In addition,rehearsing a couple time would give us another hand in facing presentation anxiety.
